In science we are reviewing and learning about Force and Motion. And in math we are reviewing about what we have have done from the begging until now.In reading we are learinig about transitional phrases.And also we switch classes one for math,science, and social studies.And the other for reading , writing and language arts. And we are in school from 8:30 to 3:00.

In our class we are currently studying Science about cells,force and motion and levers so we can get prepared for the Fcat were are taking... and also our other teacher is teaching about transitional words and giving us practice writings to see how good we have been doing from last year and if we have been doing better or the same... We have been currently studing all these examples so we may do good in the other following Terms that we do in School.

ReplyDeleteWe are learning about Force and Motion.In reading we learning about writing exposotory,persuasive and narative writing.In math we are learning value and about decimals.We start school at 8:30-3:00 which is 6 hours 30 minutes in school.sometimes when we finish all our work we can go outside and have fun playing.when we have the fcat we watch shows on the tv or we go outside and play because we are done with our work.Sometimes when we go to our next door teacher we can go outside.

ReplyDeleteWe are learing about science like force in motion, and simple machines.Simple machines are pulleys, wedges, inclined planes, levers and etc....We are also learning about math like fractions,decimal, GCF and LCF and many more.Then we are also learning about reading and writing expository, narrative, and persuative writting.We are writting about "Why should we where our school uniform." Also our school hrs are from 8:30A.M - 3:00P.M is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday except Wednesday which we leave at 2:00.Our home room teacher is Dr.Tomlinson our math, science, and social studies teacher.And our next door teacher is Mrs.Bello our reading, language art, and writing teacher.Sometimes if we do good we get to play outside ,for example won FCAT we got to play outside or we can watch a movie on the t.v.

ReplyDeleteWe are studying about hard multiplication and we are also studying to write more paragraphs. When I am in fourth grade, we are going to do the FCAT about reading, math, and writing. When we get to harder things like writing more and more paragraphs and cursive. We learned decimals a little while ago but now we learned it better. When I learned decimals I thought it was hard at first but then i got used to it so its kinda easier now. We learned how to write more and more paragraghs it will take some more time but I am trying my best to write faster and get my ideas out faster. Jose ( Third Grade )

ReplyDeleteWhat I am learning about is multiplaying with 100 and 1,000.I am learning this kind of math because I have to get ready for 4th grade.I also practice math because I am not that good in math and also because I want to become very good in math.I am also learning about writing in cursive.I used to write bad in cursive.But now I am writing better in cursive.I really want to learn a lot before I go to 4th grade.I really want to be able to do almost everything in 4th grade.I hope I learn knew things in 3rd grade.But I really have learned a lot in 3rd grade.I really like learning with Ms.Kanziger I think she's the best third grade teacher ever!!!I have had a great time learning in third grade!!!

I am studying multiplying big numbers with tens, hundreds, and thousands. Another thing is dividing and multiplying alot of numbers. My favorite thing is reading. Like chapter books. Sometimes it is just not the kind of thing I like to do but most of the time it really is. I am also learning about thousands,hundreds,tens,and ones.Those are other things I really like to do too!I also like to read chapter books. for homework I get reading worksheets and that really helps me when I am in class.I like reading and I always will one book that I read was Music Of Dolphins I also read Matilda and Charlie And The Chocolate Factory. Hello I am learnig about hard multicplcaion. I am also learning abot divison. I like the best is multicpcaion. And were also learnig about being safe. Most favrite thet I like is multicpcaion. I like it becuse its fun and smart. I like it beacuse its the best. And were also doing a picture drawing constes. And if we win we get to judge in downtown. I hope my class wins with the best picture but it does not matter about 1st. Its about having fun oh and were learnig reading. In reading a story about a dragon. But it is a fariytale. I am also in tutoring with Mrs. Fleites for reading and now I past THE fcat now I am so proud of my self that I past the FCAT my mom and dad hope that I pass the FCAT and I hope I pass the FCAT to. My favorite subjects are reading math and social studies my favorite activity is art music and also pe and we are also practicing our spelling words and our vocabulary words. I love school school is my favorite subject when I grow up I want to go to college and have a degree and license so I can get to drive with a driving license and never get stoped by two or three polices and that is whhat I am learning in class

ReplyDeleteWe are reading a great novel in Mrs. Royal's class. It is called Face on the Milk Carton it's about a 15 year old gril who sees her photo on the back of a milk carton while having lunch in the cafeteria with friends.I am enjoying the open disscusion we have in our language arts class,Mrs. Royal keeps our class fun and exciting.
ReplyDeleteI am learning about reading strategy and to back my up my answers.Dont think its that easy you have to be a 80 year old wise men to learn half of what we are learning in Mrs. Royal class. We are also reading a book that is so funny called The Watsons go to Birmingham. Although we are slow at learning some times,we make the teacher feel like here hard work is worth the stress. I am in the seventh grade and enjoy my art classes and this week in track I learned to run hard and never give up!!

ReplyDeleteMs.Royal class this year for some reason was more challenging for me.I'm hoping to get a 4'5'6 on the FCAT based on what I've learned in that class. We also learning about supporting details and other things that are really important.We are reading a funny book called The Watsons go to Birmingham every sentence makes me laugh!! I hope you can read it, it's a great book based on a true story chek it out=D
